John Williams, the creator of shadowstats.com, is interviewed on C-SPAN regarding his re-calculation of the unemployment figures. In this interview, Williams discusses the various ways in which the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) measures unemployment in ways that might obfuscate. We'll discuss in greater detail the differences between the various rates (U-1 through U-6).
