Bureau of Labor Statistics on Employment Types

Here is the BLS's website describing the various forms of unemployment rates. As the data show, the total unemployment rate is 13.5%, much higher than the 7.2% that is "officially" listed. Why aren't these different measures of the same concept included, at least to provide a fuller picture of the current economic situation?
